Having been temporarily 'adopted' into your family - on the day of the actual Wedding, the Eventique Management Team will be on site from the outset.

We will;

Ensure all the puja and ceremonial requirements are ready in advance of the priests arrival.

Greet the priest and ensure the Mandap and all relevant areas have been set up to their complete satisfaction.

Oversee the various supplier set ups and turnarounds to ensure they are ready within the agreed timescales and in exact accordance with your requirements.

Ensure the day runs to time and in accordance with the agreed itinerary and manage every aspect in a discrete manner.

We understand and appreciate you want the Wedding to run completely in accordance with your plans so that family and friends can also be a 'part of your day'. The Eventique Team will ensure this will happen - in the true sense of the word.

Ultimately - an Indian Wedding is a family affair and we want your family to enjoy the day without worrying about your guests being taken care of as well as the finer and greater details coming together seamlessly.

We can plan and coordinate all types of celebrations; from Mehndi Nights, Sangeet Nights, Saanji, Engagements (Chundadi / Sava Paanch Ana ceremony), Birthdays to Mehfil Nights and Dinner Dances.

WE OFFER

Our experience has shown that for any function exceeding 300+ guests, an element of 'crowd control' is essential.

Given the above, we recommend the use of our Ushers to maintain decorum, a level of calmness and to compliment your event.

Our Ushers will:

• Wear appropriate attire to suit the occasion
• Wear a name badge in order to stand out and be easily recognised by the guests
• Direct your guests to the correct hall / room where the event is being held
• Guide the guests to their respective seat / seating area (eg. Bride's side and Groom's side)
• Act as a reference point for any guests requiring assistance
• Assist with controlling the buffet lunch / dinner queue
